A Blockchain-Based Data Authentication Algorithm for Secure Information Sharing in Internet of Vehicles

Secure communication between connected electric vehicles is critical for realizing the full potential of Internet Vehicles. However, authentication and security information shared remains a major challenge. In this work, we propose blockchain-based data algorithm to enable secure sharing vehicles. Our leverages distributed ledger consensus mechanism blockchain technology overcome limitations traditional public key infrastructure schemes large-scale vehicle networks. Each has unique pair address on network. Vehicles generate digital signatures using their private keys share data, while recipients verify corresponding authentication. Experimental results demonstrate that proposed achieves high success rates with acceptable latency computation overhead. The provides benefits like decentralization, transparency non-repudiation compared existing approaches. work indicates enhance security, trust cooperation in applications.
